March 24, 2021 — Irish airline, Ryanair, has pledged to support the development of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). The airline has joined the Fueling Flight Initiative and aims to promote a carbon-neutral future. Ryanair’s pledge shows that they are considering the impacts of climate change and the need to support the SAF industry while reducing their carbon footprint. Ryanair hopes their commitment will further their own carbon reduction goals, as well as the broader UN Sustainability goals.
