November 19, 2019 –Avfuel, an aviation fuel provider, supplied Gevo produced sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to business jets traveling to the 2019 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (BACE) in Las Vegas from Salina Regional Airport (SLN) in Kansas. In partnership with Fixed-Based Operator Avflight, SAF was made available at ALN on October 17 and fueled the flights of Embraer, Textron Aviation, Dassault and many other private operators to the event. This was the fourth demonstration using SAF specifically for business aviation.
