CBGM Hotel Registration Options & Information
We’re excited to host the 2025 CBGM meeting this June in Cambridge, MA. The Volpe Center is near the Kendall Square T (subway) stop on the Red Line. The Boston area is recognized as an epicenter of technology and higher education while presenting many opportunities for tourists to connect with history and active itineraries. CAAFI’s affiliation with the U.S. Department of Transportation has enabled us to secure the Volpe Transportation Center as the conference venue for our CBGM. Since we do not have a headquarters hotel for the event, we have reached out to area hotels for lodging options for your consideration.

Due to many other events taking place in the area during this time, it is strongly recommended that you secure your hotel reservation as soon as possible.

The following hotels have committed a limited number of rooms with discounted rates and specific terms, but they should be booked directly through the following links no later than May 1, 2025. Once these rooms are exhausted or the date passes, it may be very difficult to find convenient and economical rooms.
PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW THE RATE, LOCATION, ASSOCIATED FEES, AND CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
